Mr. Deng was hired as Non-Executive Director of Sinochem Holdings in June 2021.
Mr. Deng is a Senior Engineer. He used to be Director General of Bureau of Planning and Development, and Bureau of Property Right Management, of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council; Deputy Director General of the General Economic Affairs Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission; Director General of the Enterprise and Public Institution Reform Department of the State Bureau of Nonferrous Metal Industry; Deputy Director of the Planning Department of China Non-ferrous Metal General Corporation; Full-time Non-Executive Director of China Telecom Corporation Limited, Aluminum Corporation of China and China Poly Group Corporation Limited. He is a Specially Appointed Professor at Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Sun Yat-sen University and China Business Executives Academy at Dalian, etc., and a Senior Researcher at CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development Studies. He is currently Non-Executive Director of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited.
