The KraussMaffei Asia Pacific Logistics Center in Pudong New Area, Shanghai completed the warehousing of the first batch of imported spare parts for injection molding machines and foaming machines on September 18. The Center, a free-trade "bonded warehouse", is another regional logistics center besides the one at the KraussMaffei headquarters in Munich, Germany.
The Center will be an integrated logistics center for KraussMaffei's spare parts in its three main business areas of injection molding, extrusion and reaction molding. Relying on the advantages of the bonded zone, it will significantly simplify the customs clearance procedure, speed up the delivery time and provide more efficient services to customers in China and the rest of Asia-Pacific region.
