Lately, Pirelli obtained the highest score in S&P Global’s 2022 Corporate Sustainability Assessment in its sector, and is confirmed global Leader in Sustainability in the ATX Auto Components sector.
The results published by S&P Global highlight Pirelli’s score of 85 points (+8 points above 2021) as the highest in the ATX Auto Components sector and significantly higher than the sector average of 24 points.
Pirelli achieved top scores in various areas including human rights, management of natural resources and reduction of CO2 emissions, and the company obtained maximum points in the areas of innovation, cybersecurity, completeness and transparency of its social and environmental reporting.
The results obtained in the S&P Global’s Sustainability Assessment rewards Pirelli’s path towards sustainable and resilient growth, and also reflects its constant commitment to the United Nations Sustainability Goals.
