In an effort to promote mutual understanding and exchange between domestic and overseas enterprises, foster an open and collaborative team atmosphere, and enhance cross-cultural communication skills for employees’ children, Sinochem Holdings’ first “International Summer Camp” officially commenced on August 7th in Beijing. Yang Shihao, Vice President, delivered the opening speech and presented the camp flag to the camper representatives.
Yang Shihao emphasized that during this crucial period of coordinated development and integration at Sinochem Holdings, organizing the “International Summer Camp” holds significant importance in enhancing employee well-being and facilitating communication and collaboration among domestic and overseas staff. He expressed the expectation that the campers would engage wholeheartedly in various activities while prioritizing safety and health measures, fostering mutual assistance and learning, broadening their knowledge and vision, and ultimately gaining friendships and joy. The aim for them is to “bring in global enthusiasm and disseminate stories of China,” as well as become ambassadors of cross-cultural exchange.
During the opening ceremony, camper representatives from China and Portugal, along with the team leader representative from France, delivered speeches and exchanged ideas. A total of 60 children of employees from 10 different countries and regions including China, the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, South Korea, and Thailand participated in the opening ceremony, marking the inception of a two-week journey of learning, communication, and exploration.
